Procedure for Closing an Account
Account-closing procedure shown in the flowchart:
- Visit Indothai.co.in.
- Request for account closer Form.
- Choose the applicable path:
- Close Nil holding account.
- With Holding visit https://ekyc.indothai.co.in:90/.
- Enter BO I’d.
- Enter UCC.
- Enter register email address.
- Enter register phone number.
- Click submit.
Error occurs: review the registered details and return to the closure form before submitting again.
